Do you remember VHS tapes? Yeah, Joe & I don’t really remember them either. But if you could get your hands on a VHS player then you’d want to watch all of the videos from this week’s guest.
Tom Hopkins is to real estate in the 70’s what Tom Ferry is today. He is a master instructor of the art of selling, a world renowned expert real estate coach, and is known for having written and produced some of the most impactful real estate books of multiple decades.
He has coached, trained, and spoken on some of the biggest stages in the world and has influenced some of the most prolific salespeople in the industry.
After one of David’s best agents went doorknocking and realized he was at the door of one of his idols he connected us to Tom Hopkins and we were able to set up this interview. To date, it’s one of Joe and my favorite interviews.
On today’s show you’ll learn:
- Tom’s story of getting into the business including door knocking for 3 miles
- How words matter and the phrases you should never use
- What effective salespeople say and don’t say
- Why mastering the art of selling is something only a few people do
We know you’re going to love today’s show and we’d love for you to leave a review telling us why you love it.
